One of the seller's main dilemmas is ensuring an appropriate balance between maintaining the competitive nature of the company's sales process and securing sensitive market information. Doxa’s operating philosophy assumes a precise selection of partners for talks based on the transaction experience and knowledge of the market. When talking to potential buyers, we draw their attention to the value increase for them and we engage in jointly creating a business framework for the transaction. Our contacts with Private Equity funds enable us to attract both domestic and foreign financial investors. In specific cases, Doxa's advisory mandate may also be extended to include additional services. An example of such a transaction is the sale of the controlling stake at Mieszko SA, in which, at the client's request, one of Doxa's partners took the position of the Chairman of the Board until it was sold to a new investor.

The buyer's success in M&A transactions depends as much on the amount of the offer submitted as on the implementation of the company's further development plan after the acquisition. The starting point for our acquisition projects is the assessment of synergies between businesses, creating a development strategy for the acquired company and its valuation. Market analyses constitute the basis for formulating a competitive purchase offer for a company, at the same time creating prospects for obtaining the desired return on investment.
